When the children of Israel left Egypt and entered into the promised land, God had them put people on Mount Ebal and Mount Gerizim. The people on Mount Ebal were to proclaim God's curses for breaking the law. The people on Mount Gerizim were to proclaim God's blessings.

Both mounts are important, but we decided to name this ministry after Mount Gerizim. So we are: Proclaiming God's Blessings From the Mountain Tops.
